Program Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs 10 business days before the program begins. Registration Fees are not eligible for refunds.
A partial refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs before the halfway point of the program. The refund will be prorated at the regular season rates for the remaining games.
No refunds will be given if the cancellation occurs half-way or more through the season. Special situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the hockey directors of the respective programs. No refunds will be issued for any time pre-dating the request.
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the appropriate director:
- All Hockey Programs – Jeff Bloomer
- Youth Hockey Programs – Nick Szymula
- Adult Hockey League – Paul Stevenson
- Figure Skating or Learn to Skate – Tammy Pennington
The refund must be requested at the time of withdrawal from the program and will be given as either a credit for a future program or as a check.
Late Registration Policy
Late registrations will be accepted for each program at the discretion of the appropriate director. The registration fee will be a prorated amount for the number of games/sessions/classes remaining, based on the program cost, plus any late fees.
